What information I use
I use the professional details and career goals you share to respond to an enquiry and provide any mentoring we agree. Please do not send patient information. Client records are restricted to the client and authorised mentors; private mentor notes are kept separate.
AI features and your choices
AI processing is switched off while the arrangements for using it are reviewed. Signed-in clients can request a copy of their information or ask for it to be deleted. The final notice still needs to set out the controller contact, legal basis, processors, retention periods and any international transfers.
What to share
Please keep enquiries focused on your professional background and goals. Do not include patient details, medical records, passwords or confidential information belonging to your employer. If a project involves sensitive material, discuss an appropriate way to describe it before sharing.
Accessing your information
Signed-in clients can use their profile to request an export or deletion. If you cannot sign in, use the contact form and describe the help you need without including sensitive records. Identity may need to be checked before information is released.
