Support while you put a plan into action
For clinicians who want ongoing support with a project, a career move or a portfolio career.
What to expect
We meet over an agreed period to choose a realistic project, review what you are learning and decide what to do next.
We agree the preparation, number and length of sessions, any written follow-up and the fee before you book.
What we could work on
- Choose one feasible project and define what a useful outcome would look like.
- Build evidence of your contribution through implementation, evaluation or a practical portfolio.
- Review progress, discuss obstacles and adjust your next steps as you learn.
How it starts
- Send a short enquiry with your current role, main question and any time or budget constraints. You don’t need a finished plan.
- I’ll review it and discuss whether this format is a useful fit. A more detailed assessment may help us focus the conversation.
- Before booking, we’ll agree the scope, fees, session arrangements, support boundaries and cancellation terms in writing.
- We’ll agree priorities, review your progress at the agreed sessions and identify the next useful action.
What to bring
A short outline of your experience, an idea of what you enjoy and any opportunities or projects you’re considering. Please leave out patient information and confidential material from your employer.
